TURKEY TROT
Thursday I November 28 I 8-11AM EChO Food Bank
Join in a great cause this Thanksgiving by participating in the 14th Annual 5K Run/Walk put on by our local food pantry, EChO. Echo Food Bank is a community-based organization in Evergreen, committed to fighting hunger by providing essential food assistance to those in need. For the past 14 years, EChO has organized this wonderfully fun and family-friendly event in honor of Thanksgiving and giving back. Run, walk, or trot your way through the 3 mile course that weaves throughout downtown Evergreen and make a pit stop for some hot chocolate along the way! Costumes and leashed pets are encouraged and pie prizes will be handed out at the end!

In spirit of the event, EChO encourages participants to bring a few canned goods for donation or online donations can be made instead.

BREAKFAST WITH SANTA

Starting Saturday, November 30th, and every Saturday thereafter between Thanksgiving and Christmas, the Evergreen Chamber hosts a joyous “Breakfast with Santa” event. This will be a magical morning for families to embrace the holiday spirit, enjoy breakfast together, partake in family crafts, and spend a whole lot of time with Santa! Pictures are included. Get your Christmas wish lists prepared and kick off the holiday season in style!

EVERGREEN’S ANNUAL HOLIDAY WALK
Friday I December 6 I 5- 9 PM HWY 74 from the Lake through Downtown EG
If you have yet to attend, The Annual Evergreen Holiday Walk is one of our communities most cherished events. Hosted by The Evergreen Downtown Business Association, this event is not only a way to spread Holiday cheer, but a way to celebrate our local small business owners. Join Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Evergreen Lake House for the annual Holiday tree lighting to kick off the event!
After the tree lighting, Holiday Chemeisters are encouraged to proceed downtown to enjoy main street’s transformation into a magical winter- wonderland-esque market. Grab a hot chocolate as you wander the streets lined with festive shopping equipped with endless Holiday gift items, seasonal treats, and live, local music. Take a break from shopping and warm up by the several fire pits scattered throughout main street and don’t forget to grab your marshmallows for s’mores roasting! End your day with photos with Santa and head home filled with that Holiday spirit! What a perfect way to kick off December!

CAE’S WINTERFEST FESTIVAL
Saturday I December 14 I 10AM- 4PM Center for the Arts Evergreen
Join CAE this year as they host their annual Winterfest- a wonderful Holiday Festival celebrating local talent and the opportunity to support Colorado artists and small businesses this Holiday season! Featuring handcrafted items to suit every budget and style, local food vendors, a holiday craft station and face painting booth, live Holiday music, a complimentary gift wrapping station and special hot cocoa bar! Wander indoor and outdoor tents filled with local artisan goods and gifts, take a break and grab a bite to eat, join your family in a craft making experience, then treat yourself with hot cocoa and some dancing! And on your way out? Take a family photo with Santa!
This event is snow or shine!! We are a mountain community, afterall, so let’s bring that winter energy I know we’ve all got! *a free, family friendly event (all ages welcome!)
