DOG DAYS OF SUMMER CONCERT
Saturday I October 5 I 2-6PM Evergreen Athletic Center
Have you ever heard of the Wrecklunds? If you haven’t, you’ve got to check them out on Saturday!
The Wrecklunds are a great, local string band with a modern bluegrass flair. Admissions are free and that’s not even the best part- Dogs are welcome;) ! Grab your lawn chairs, furry friends (leashes required), and families and friends to celebrate the first weekend of October dancing under the crisp evening air of fall. Food, beer, wine, and liquor are available for purchase!
FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT
Saturday I October 19 I 6-11PM Buchanan Park Field
Join in for the last family movie night of the year! Being that Halloween is the following week, this movie night not only includes the presentation of Disney's “Haunted Mansion,” but a haunted trail walk too! Food trucks, games, and music will also be featured, giving for a full, fun-filled night!
*Movie viewing is free, but there may be small fees for some extras
HOPS DROPS MUSIC & BEER FESTIVAL

Hops Drops returns to Evergreen for its 2nd annual music & beer festival! If you happened to miss last year, this is your year! Get ready to enjoy a day full of music, craft beer, great food, and even better company. Hops Drops will be presenting local and national music acts along with some of the best breweries in our state… and if you know Colorado, then you know how good we do beer;) Let’s get together to celebrate what us local Coloradans do best- getting outside, soaking up that sunshine and mountain air, supporting great music, and getting excited over outstanding beer crafting!
EAPL ZOMBIE 5K RUN
Sunday I October 27 I 10AM- 2PM Buchanan Rec Center (Ball Fields)
Get in the Halloween spirit and support a great cause in the process! Join Evergreen Animal Protective League and other local foothills residents for the 10th annual Zombie 5K. The race starts at Buchanan Rec Center and flows through the beautiful Bergen Park hills. Come for the race, support Evergreen wildlife, and stay for the post-race festivities! Festivities will include refreshments, a “spooky” bake sale, spirited music, and a costume contest for both two & four legged friends!
DOWNTOWN TRICK-OR-TREAT
Thursday I October 31 I 4- 7PM Downtown Evergreen
Keep the Hallows Eve tradition going this year and bring your ghosts, goblins, witches, superheroes, and disney characters to main street for a Halloween pre-party!
The spirit of Halloween comes alive as all the ghouls take over downtown. Local businesses open their stores up to welcome costumed kids with candy and spook-tacular enthusiasm. This is a great way for parents and kids to enjoy a fun, mellow, late- afternoon event to get your kids excited for the real trick-or-treating to follow!
