+15% Homes Closed 

The number of home closings increased by 14% compared to last year at this time.

+6% Median Prices 

There was a 6% increase in the median home price compared to last June

-3%New Listings 

There was a 3% decrease in the number of new listings compared to last year at this time. 

+2 Median Days in MLS

The median number of days homes were actively available in the MLS was 2 days more than in June 2023.
